Resource Efficient Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) Communication Systems for Electric Vehicle Enabled Microgrids

Intelligent vehicular communication is fundamental to manage vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interaction, where electric vehicles (EVs) provide energy balance demand of critical loads (CLs). We propose resource efficiency (RE) exploit the tradeoff between spectral (SE) and cost (CE) EVs in a V2G network. The CE data rate channel base station (BS) over operating supply CLs. consider maximizing RE downlink network, are served by BS associated with CLs, while satisfying charging constraints. As proposed problem inherently non-convex known be NP-hard, we develop suboptimal scheme based on two-phase algorithm. Phase 1 derives optimum EV-CL association using heuristic approach, phase 2 finds power allocation geometric programming. then derive upper lower bounds optimal as benchmark study performance gap scheme. Simulation results demonstrate that close solution, its complexity relatively low, making it promising for applications.
